ABOUT US

NorthBound Worship is currently serving as the worship band of Hope Extended Outreach Ministries in Goldsboro, North Carolina. The band is comprised of singers and musicians with decades of experience in music ministry, some of which include, but not limited to, prison ministry, community soup kitchen, as well as community, state, and church events. Northbound started as an extension of a local outreach ministry serving local needs in and around the community though worship music. Their humble beginnings reach back over 15 years.

NorthBound’s unique style of worship includes a blend of Contemporary Worship, Southern Gospel and Soul coupled with a touch of Blues. Their live worship sets bring high energy praise with a very heart felt offering of worship to Jesus our Lord. “If you didn’t come to worship, you won’t be able to stand still long, NorthBound gives all to God in song.” -Pastor Jimmy Bryant (Hope Extended Ministries).

NorthBound Worship released their first studio album titled “Upon the Cross” on August 1, 2023. The seven-track album features two original songs, “Upon the Cross” and “Jesus Christ is Lord”, written by lead guitarist Randy Rose. They began recording at Thunder Road Studios in Elm City, NC in February 2023 with the album’s release on August 1, 2023.

On September 4, 2023, the band premiered their first official music video of the *album’s title track song “Upon the Cross”. NorthBound's second music video, “Jesus Christ Is Lord” was released on March 31, 2024, Easter Sunday [Both videos can be seen at YouTube.com].

Northbound Worship is available for church services, revivals, festivals or any other location that has a has a desire for the move of God through worship.
